–Tickets are non-refundable. Please note if the festival is cancelled due to a governmental shutdown, tickets will be refunded.
–No reserved camping; first come/first served. Camping, from June 17- June 24, 2023, is $18/night (with paid admission) and includes water and electric. Camping fees are due upon arrival and will be charged consecutive days from your date of arrival through the completion of the festival. (For example, if you arrive on Tuesday, you will be responsible for payment of camping Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.)
–If you need assistance setting up your camper, let us know. We’ll be glad to lend a hand with parking your rig, etc.
–The “Day Parking” area within the infield of the track is free. This area is within easy walking distance to the stage and we also offer a courtesy golf cart parking tram, if you should need a ride. You will be charged a $18/night camping fee if you wish to park your vehicle within the festival campground.
–Handicap parking is available.
–Arm bands must be worn at all times.
–Show is rain or shine.
–Utility terrain vehicles and “side-by-side” vehicles are NOT allowed within the campgrounds.
–Golf carts are allowed; licensed drivers only; owner assumes all liability.
–The stage area has a covered pavilion where low-back lawn chairs may be placed. High-back and reclining chairs must be placed at the rear of the pavilion. There is also a grassy area for chairs, in addition to bleachers in the concert arena area.
–Bring along your lawn chairs! Low-back lawn chairs only under the stage pavilion. High-back and reclining chairs must be placed at the rear of the pavilion. Low-back lawn chairs are welcome in the forward area.
-We do offer bleacher seating to the left and right of the pavilion. These are uncovered areas, but we have some pretty awesome shade trees.
–Pets are NOT allowed under the stage pavilion, nor the performers’ merchandise pavilion. In accordance with Health Dept. regulations, pets are NOT allowed under the concession pavilion, nor within the concession areas. Pets are allowed within the fairgrounds–they must be leashed and properly tended. Pets are allowed in the grass area/bleachers (again, properly tended and leashed). Please make sure to clean up after your pet.
–Concessions will be available; however, personal coolers are also allowed.
–Alcohol is permitted in the grass area/bleachers of the stage area. Please keep in a closed container if under the pavilion.
–Please, no bicycles, golf carts, etc., in front of the stage nor within the stage or merchandise pavilions. Thank you!
–Additional festival activities include a variety of events, music workshops, etc., to be announced.
