–Tickets are non-refundable.  Show is rain or shine!

No reserved camping; first come/first served.  See our ticketing page for camping information.  

–Daily ticket holders, gates open 8:00 a.m. daily. 

–Children 16 and younger are admitted free when accompanied by a parent/guardian with full paid admission ticket.  While our event is family-friendly, we do recommend that parents/guardians provide supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.  

–If you need assistance getting your camper parked into place, let us know.  We’ll be glad to lend assistance. 

–The “Day Parking” area within the infield of the track is free.  This area is within easy walking distance to the stage and we also offer a courtesy golf cart parking tram, if you should need a ride.  Daily ticket holders will be charged a $22/night camping fee if you park your vehicle within the festival campground.

–Handicap parking is available.

–Arm bands MUST be worn at all times.

–By order of the Fire Marshall and in accordance with Eaton County Fairgrounds regulations, NO smoking/vaping/etc., under any pavilions, buildings, or structures within the Fairgrounds. 

–Show is rain or shine.  Umbrellas in the stage viewing areas, pavilion, etc., may NOT be raised during the performances.  We suggest a rain poncho if inclement weather is in the forecast.  

–Utility terrain vehicles and “side-by-side” vehicles are NOT allowed within the campgrounds.

–Golf carts are allowed; licensed drivers only; owner assumes all liability.  Please note that occasionally it may be necessary for us to restrict golf carts within the stage viewing area during performances. 

–The stage area has a covered pavilion where low-back standard lawn chairs may be placed.  High-back and reclining chairs must be placed at the rear of the pavilion.  There is also a grassy area for viewing the performances. 

–Bring along your lawn chairs!  Standard-height lawn chairs only under the stage pavilion.  High-back and reclining chairs must be placed at the rear of the pavilion.  Standard-height lawn chairs are welcome in the forward area.

–Pets are NOT allowed under the stage pavilion, nor the performers’ merchandise pavilion.  In accordance with Health Dept. regulations, pets are NOT allowed under the concession pavilion, nor within the concession areas. Pets are allowed within the fairgrounds–they must be leashed and properly tended.  Please make sure to clean up after your pet.

Campfires are allowed ONLY within the main campground.  If you plan on a campfire, fire rings are required.  We do NOT provide fire rings–please bring your own!  Campfires are NOT allowed in the auxiliary camping area.  Our auxiliary area also serves as ball fields for the Charlotte community, so we are unable to allow campfires within that area.  Thank you!

–Concessions will be available; however, personal coolers are also allowed.

–Alcohol is permitted.  Please drink responsibly.  Disorderly conduct may result in removal from the fairgrounds.  

–Please, no bicycles, golf carts, etc., in front of the stage nor within the stage or merchandise pavilions.  Thank you!

–Additional festival activities include a variety of events, music workshops, etc., to be announced.

-Performers and performance schedule is subject to change.
