Tickets for our festival must be purchased directly through our website, mail order (SBW Promotions, PO Box 2655, Battle Creek, MI 49016) or at the gate. Any tickets purchased from third-party sellers (e.g., resale platforms, scalpers, unauthorized websites, etc.) are considered extremely high risk and are not guaranteed to be valid. Tickets purchased from third-party sellers may be fake, duplicate, or otherwise invalid. We will not honor or refund tickets purchased from unauthorized sources. Patrons who purchase tickets from third-party sellers assume all risks associated with their purchase. Avoid sharing photos of your tickets on social media to prevent ticket duplication.
Children 16 and younger admitted free when accompanied by a parent/guardian with a full paid admission ticket. While our event is family-friendly, we do recommend that parents/guardians provide supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The Charlotte Bluegrass Festival promoters/sponsors are not responsible for “third party” ticket purchases from individuals/agencies/scammers.
MAIL ORDER
Click on the link below, download the “MAIL-IN TICKET ORDER” form, complete the form, and mail it as directed. Allow 5-7 days for your postal order to reach our office. Please be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a check or money order made payable to SBW PROMOTIONS to:

CAMPING INFORMATION
No advance camping reservations.
All camping fees will be collected at the gate upon admission to the festival.
Camping gates for the festival open TO BE ANNOUNCED. Beginning June 19, all camping fees are $TBA/night (with paid admission). Camping fees are due upon arrival and will be charged consecutive days from the date of arrival through the completion of the festival. (For example, if you arrive on Tuesday, you will be responsible for payment of camping Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday). If using a credit card, online fees will apply.
Campers arriving BEFORE Saturday, JUNE 19, 2027, will be required to pay $TBA/night to Eaton County Fairgrounds for all nights prior to Saturday, June 19. Starting June 19, our Charlotte Bluegrass Festival team will collect your $TBA/night festival camping fees. If using a credit card, online fees will apply.
There is no reserved camping.
Two vehicles per campsite are permitted.
There are two restroom and shower buildings, as well as portajons throughout the camping area.
A dump station is located at the entrance of the fairgrounds. In addition, a pumper truck will frequent the grounds during the festival.
Utility terrain vehicles and “side-by-side” vehicles are NOT allowed within the campgrounds.
Golf carts are allowed; licensed drivers only; owner assumes all liability.
