Children 16 and younger admitted free when accompanied by a parent/guardian with a full paid admission ticket.  While our event is family-friendly, we do recommend that parents/guardians provide supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

MAIL ORDER

Click on the link below, download the “MAIL-IN TICKET ORDER” form, complete the form, and mail it as directed.  Allow 5-7 days for your postal order to reach our office.  Please be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a check or money order made payable to SBW PROMOTIONS to:

CAMPING INFORMATION

No advance camping reservations.  

All camping fees will be collected at the gate upon admission to the festival.

Camping gates for the festival open Saturday, June 20, 2026. Beginning June 20, all camping fees are $22/night (with paid admission). Camping fees are due upon arrival and will be charged consecutive days from the date of arrival through the completion of the festival. (For example, if you arrive on Tuesday, you will be responsible for payment of camping Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday). If using a credit card, online fees will apply.

Campers arriving BEFORE Saturday, June 20, 2026, will be required to pay $25/night to Eaton County Fairgrounds for all nights prior to Saturday, June 20. Starting June 20, our Charlotte Bluegrass Festival team will collect your $22/night festival camping fees. If using a credit card, online fees will apply.

There is no reserved camping.

Two vehicles per campsite are permitted.

There are two restroom and shower buildings, as well as portajons throughout the camping area.

A dump station is located at the entrance of the fairgrounds.  In addition, a pumper truck will frequent the grounds during the festival.

Utility terrain vehicles and “side-by-side” vehicles are NOT allowed within the campgrounds.

Golf carts are allowed; licensed drivers only; owner assumes all liability.
